
Targeted Grant Call for Science Popularization
The Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation of Georgia has announced the 2025 Targeted Grant Call for Science Popularization
The competition aims to promote science among the general public, highlight ongoing reforms in Georgia’s science, technology, and innovation system, and enhance public awareness of outstanding and high-quality research programs and projects, both within Georgia and in the international scientific community. It also seeks to inform society about the prospects for international scientific collaboration.
Proposed projects under the competition may include:
a) Children’s University program;
b) science communication campaign focused on science popularization;
c) science communication event;
d) informational event;
e) development of an online tool for science communication;
f) civil dialogue initiative;
g) any other science popularization activity.
Applications can be submitted in the following formats:

Institutional project – submitted and implemented by a lead organization, optionally involving partner organizations;

Group project – submitted and implemented by a group of individuals.
