The Government of Japan announces a call for applications for the international program – Science and Technology Research Partnership for Sustainable Development (SATREPS).

The program supports joint research between Japan and partner countries, focusing on global challenges such as climate change, energy, bioresources, disaster prevention, and infectious diseases.

SATREPS aims to generate new knowledge and apply research outcomes for the benefit of society, while also strengthening the research capacities of partner countries.

The application deadline is October 1, 2025.
