In November and December of 2025, Ilia State University organized a series of workshops with faculty representatives to discuss the emerging outcomes of the CoARA Boost Institutional Pilot Project titled "Linking Individual and Collective Responsibility: Transforming the Research Planning and Evaluation Culture." 

The workshops focused on presenting key insights from stakeholder consultations and introducing the core elements of the participatory research assessment model, which included both narrative and qualitative evaluation components. Participants actively engaged in discussions about recognizing diverse academic contributions and aligning assessment practices with their respective disciplinary contexts.
