As part of the CoARA Boost Institutional Pilot project titled “Linking Individual and Collective Responsibility: Transforming the Research Planning and Evaluation Culture,” Ilia State University held a working meeting on March 20, 2025. The meeting brought together representatives from the Schools of Education and Technology, along with Deans, the Quality Assurance and the Human Resources Office.

The focus of the meeting was to discuss the objectives and progress of the project, as well as its significance in reforming research planning and assessment practices at the university. Special emphasis was placed on the role of institutional support units in aligning academic evaluation, career development, and strategic planning processes.
