The main goal of the project is to determine earthquake source parameters on base of P direct and S shear waves’ spectra according to Brune’s model for earthquakes that occurred in Georgia, to develop regional scaling laws, to study the attenuation properties of seismic waves using coda waves, to connect obtained data with tectonic settings and seismicity the region, to create the uniform seismic catalogue of Georgia from 1955 to the present.
